About the role
Support a specified group of CAMs and manage a portfolio of accounts. Handle customer inquiries, administrative tasks, and compliance follow-ups.
What you’ll do
• Support 2-3 CAMs and portfolio of accounts. • Answer customer calls on work orders and ARC requests. • Manage follow-up and close work order tickets. • Process 4041 Forms and address change requests. • Prepare and process ARC applications.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance or related field. • 3+ years experience in accounting or bookkeeping. • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. • Familiarity with Australian tax regulations preferred. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
