Finance Systems Lead

About the role
Lead and manage the finance systems stack including NetSuite and integrations. Build automation and AI-driven workflows to improve finance operations.
What you’ll do
• Run NetSuite end to-end including multi-subsidiary setup. • Own integration layer with Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob. • Lead selection and rollout of new finance systems. • Build AI automations with Automations and Data teams. • Advise on finance decisions and audit readiness.
What you’ll bring
• Administered multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance. • Owned ERP or billing implementation end to end. • Built integrations with iPaaS or code, comfortable with SQL. • Understand R2R, P2P, O2C and related controls. • Work AI-first using automation tools. • Work authorization for Europe CET timezone required.
