About the role
Manage and supervise the tanker and truck fleet to ensure safe, timely, and efficient operations. Oversee driver conduct, fleet maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
What you’ll do
• Supervise and coach drivers and motor boys. • Enforce HSE rules and conduct pre-trip inspections. • Ensure all trips have correct documentation. • Report daily fleet status and KPIs. • Track fleet via GPS and manage routes.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years fleet coordination or supervision experience. • Knowledge of road-transport HSE and regulatory requirements. • Familiarity with Nigerian road corridors and depots. • Experience with GPS tracking and fleet reporting. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
