About the role
Lead and manage end-to-end fleet operations ensuring safety, compliance, and budget efficiency. Oversee marine and technical superintendents to maintain fleet readiness and performance.
What you’ll do
• Provide leadership to Marine and Technical Superintendents. • Manage annual fleet maintenance budget and reduce costs. • Approve dry-dock scopes and vendor selection. • Ensure compliance with Class, Flag State, and statutory requirements. • Act as senior escalation point for client and regulatory matters.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Nautical Science or related field. • 15+ years marine/offshore shipping experience. • Experience in marine and technical superintendency. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Ability to travel extensively and physically board vessels. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
