About the role
The Fleet Officer manages the setup, maintenance, refurbishment, quality assurance, and security of the fleet within their jurisdiction. They ensure routine maintenance and refurbishment meet approved time, cost, and quality standards.
What you’ll do
• Test vehicles before maintenance. • Ensure spare parts are used judiciously. • Improve maintenance checklists and routines. • Inspect vehicles after maintenance and refurbishment. • Conduct technician training and fill job cards.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND in any Engineering discipline. • 2 years experience as vehicle technician or fleet management. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Good understanding of inventory control and fleet management. • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
