About the role
Oversee daily staff activities ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest service. Maintain compliance with company standards and coordinate between departments.
What you’ll do
• Supervise and coordinate staff during daily operations. • Ensure staff comply with grooming and uniform standards. • Monitor service delivery and guest satisfaction. • Conduct floor and operational checks regularly. • Address guest concerns and operational issues promptly.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in hospitality. • HND/Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field preferred. • Strong leadership and people-management skills. • Excellent communication and customer-service skills. • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
