About the role
Lead and manage all food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence in a luxury hotel. Maximize revenue and maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and service.

• Plan and supervise all food and beverage operations. • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. • Develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. • Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting. • Recruit, train, and lead food and beverage staff.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or HND in related field. • Minimum 5 years F&B experience. • At least 2 years managerial role in luxury hotel. • Knowledge of F&B cost control and HACCP standards. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
