About the role
Ensure food products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards through testing and inspection. Support compliance and quality control processes in food production.
What you’ll do
• Conduct routine lab tests on raw materials and finished products. • Monitor food processing for quality and safety compliance. • Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP procedures. • Inspect products for quality and specification compliance. • Maintain accurate lab results and quality documentation.
What you’ll bring
• B.Sc., HND or OND in Food Science or related field. • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to prepare versions for dairy production. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
