About the role
Lead product development and oversee manufacturing operations for a popcorn company. Ensure product quality, shelf life, packaging, and efficient production processes.
What you’ll do
• Develop and standardise popcorn recipes and flavours. • Supervise daily production and ensure targets are met. • Establish and implement production SOPs. • Conduct shelf-life studies and recommend packaging. • Train and supervise production staff.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in production supervision and quality control. • Degree or HND in Food Science or related field. • Knowledge of food formulation and flavour development. • Understanding of food preservation and packaging. • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
