About the role
Lead AI engagements strategically from discovery to executive handoff, shaping AI strategy and adoption across business lines. Partner with engineers to architect AI solutions and guide executive stakeholders through adoption.
What you’ll do
• Own AI engagements end-to-end as strategic lead. • Run discovery across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. • Design AI operating models for adoption and governance. • Lead AI maturity assessments and adoption roadmaps. • Facilitate executive workshops and presentations.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years software development or technical architecture experience. • 3+ years engineering leadership or technical consulting. • Experience engaging across lines of business. • Certified Claude Architect. • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
