About the role
Work within a business domain to enhance workflows using AI agents and automation. Build, deploy, and run AI-driven workflows in production to improve efficiency and productivity.
What you’ll do
• Map workflows and identify AI automation opportunities. • Design future-state workflows with human-in-the-loop checkpoints. • Build and connect AI agents to business systems. • Run and monitor agent performance and KPIs. • Triage failures and iterate on workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, SQL, Python scripting. • Knowledge of LLM, agent behavior, and cloud platforms. • Trustworthy with elevated access and auditability. • Strong technical and process judgment. • Work authorization for USA.
