About the role
Forward Deployed Engineers build and deploy AI agents for clients, managing the full lifecycle from scoping to handover. They work remotely in the US, integrating AI solutions into client systems and measuring success by agent adoption and delivery.
What you’ll do
• Join opportunity assessments and identify workflows. • Scope builds including systems, actions, and success metrics. • Build agents and connectors for client systems. • Deploy agents with governance and documentation. • Measure, train users, and hand over to maintenance.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years engineering experience with client-facing work. • Experience building LLM-powered agents. • Proficient in TypeScript, Python, or similar. • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 APIs and permissions. • US work authorization.
