About the role
Embed with strategic customers to build and own compliance workflows end to end. Integrate Onboarded's platform with customer systems and ensure workflows run correctly.
What you’ll do
• Embed with strategic customers and map hiring workflows. • Build compliance workflows as code using Onboarded's primitives. • Integrate with ATS, HRIS, payroll, and screening vendors. • Ship workflows to production and own the outcome. • Generalize builds into reusable packages and tooling.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years writing production code or founder experience. • Strong integration skills with APIs and data sync. • Customer-facing with ability to run discovery and debug. • Precision in compliance work, delivering fast and right. • AI-first operator using AI tools daily. • Work authorization for United States.
