About the role
Lead product workstreams in AI services engagements, coaching clients on AI-assisted product development. Shape prototypes and transformation programs with embedded client teams.
What you’ll do
• Lead product workstream on transformation programs. • Coach product managers on AI-assisted development. • Define sprint charters and write specs for prototypes. • Design PM training curricula and lead sessions. • Provide feedback to improve product-facing AI agents.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years product management experience. • Experience with client-facing or consulting roles. • Familiarity with Agentic AI in product management. • Strong facilitation and communication skills. • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
