What you’ll do
• Find and prioritize customer problems to solve. • Build and automate workflows using AI tools. • Ship products quickly with tight iteration. • Measure impact and adjust focus accordingly. • Operate as an autonomous team owning outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• Have shipped a real product, tool, company, or open-source project. • Strong skills across product management and engineering. • Experience building AI products and knowledge of RAG, evals, agent harnesses a plus. • Ability to move fast and learn from failures. • Clear communication and ownership of business impact.
