About the role
Build and own the go-to-market motion for the DACH region at an early-stage HR technology company. Lead sales to staffing agencies and temporary employment firms, shaping product and sales through customer feedback.
What you’ll do
• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. • Develop go-to-market strategy for DACH market. • Build expertise in staffing and recruiting. • Share customer feedback with founding team.
What you’ll bring
• 3-6 years full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience. • Native or C2-level German fluency. • Experience with cold calling and closing. • Experience selling HR tech to staffing agencies in DACH. • Work authorization for the US.
