About the role
Lead the central FP&A function owning company financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Build and maintain driver-based models to support strategic decisions and IPO preparation.
What you’ll do
• Build and own driver-based company and opex models in Pigment. • Run annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles end to end. • Set up monthly results cadence and prepare board financial reports. • Bring capital allocation discipline to major hiring and spend decisions.
What you’ll bring
• Built driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch. • Run annual budget and reforecast at high-growth tech company. • Strong commercial judgment with unit economics focus. • Hands-on with planning tools and comfortable with SQL. • Work authorization for Europe and ability to operate in GMT+0 to GMT+2.
