About the role
The FP&A Manager leads planning, reporting, and decision support for the company. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, KPI infrastructure, and strategic scaling toward IPO.
What you’ll do
• Support annual budget and quarterly reforecasts. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting with variance analysis. • Build and maintain board and investor reporting materials. • Track and improve SaaS efficiency metrics. • Improve planning and reporting infrastructure.
What you’ll bring
• 5-8 years in FP&A or related finance roles. • Advanced financial modeling skills. • Knowledge of modern planning tools and SQL is a plus. • Strong accounting fundamentals. • Clear communication and ownership mindset.
