About the role
Monitor and investigate suspicious transactions to detect and prevent fraud. Collaborate with departments to improve fraud detection and risk management.
What you’ll do
• Monitor transactions and accounts for suspicious behaviour. • Investigate fraud alerts and reported incidents. • Analyse transaction patterns for unusual activities. • Prepare fraud investigation reports and documentation. • Recommend improvements to fraud detection processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in related field. • Experience in Fraud Analysis or Risk Management preferred. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
