About the role
Investigate and support customers affected by fraud, securing accounts and resolving claims. Work within the Protect pillar of the Fraud team to maintain customer trust and safety.
What you’ll do
• Gather evidence from customer claims via chat and calls. • Investigate and decide on fraud claims up to £5,000. • Escalate cases above £5,000 for further review. • Safeguard compromised accounts and take remedial action. • Provide advice to fraud victims on protection measures.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent English written and verbal communication. • Experience in customer service or related field. • Strong investigative and decision-making skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Right to work in the UK.
