About the role
Investigate and act on fraud reports to prevent financial losses and communicate with banks and law enforcement. Support Monzo's mission to build a safer society through fraud prevention.
What you’ll do
• Investigate fraud reports from financial institutions. • Communicate with banks about potential fraudsters. • Report fraud to CIFAS and law enforcement. • Probe for further evidence when needed. • Create and action indemnities and defunds.
What you’ll bring
