About the role
Deliver an exceptional, empathetic, and seamless first-to-last impression for patients and visitors. Manage patient reception, registration, scheduling, communication, billing support, and visitor governance.
What you’ll do
• Greet patients and visitors warmly with formal etiquette. • Register outpatient and inpatient admissions accurately. • Manage multi-physician clinic schedules and notify changes. • Act as communication bridge between hospital departments. • Handle co-payments and maintain front lobby environment.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in related field post NYSC. • 2-3 years front-desk or medical receptionist experience. • Proficiency in HIS and EMR software. • High discretion and adherence to patient privacy standards. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
