About the role
Serve as the first point of contact for guests and represent the hotel's professional image. Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries to ensure a smooth experience.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance. • Perform guest check-in and check-out. • Process payments and reconcile transactions. • Provide exceptional customer service. • Manage room reservations and cancellations.
What you’ll bring
• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred. • Minimum HND or Bachelor's in Hospitality or related field. • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
