About the role
Join the Payments team to build and evolve ElevenLabs' billing, usage tracking, pricing and payments systems. Ensure accuracy and reliability in customer billing and revenue processes.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain accurate usage tracking. • Lead migration of enterprise pricing and usage processing. • Enable customer upgrades and payment through various providers. • Collaborate with Finance and Tax for compliance and reporting. • Debug complex billing scenarios and fix root causes.
What you’ll bring
• Expertise in Python. • Strong backend development background. • Knowledge of APIs, cloud tools, storage, data structures. • Strong test design and security fundamentals. • Work authorization for UK, EU or US.
