About the role
Coordinate and implement GBV activities at Women and Girls’ Safe Space. Provide case management and psychosocial support to women and girls.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate WGSS activities and supervise operations. • Identify and manage GBV cases from assessment to closure. • Provide psychosocial support to women, girls, and families. • Assess needs and facilitate access to material assistance. • Refer clients to service providers and maintain relationships.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Social Sciences. • 2+ years experience in GBV case management or related field. • Knowledge of GBV principles and survivor-centred case management. • Experience with community outreach and data collection. • Proficiency in MS Office and good English communication.
