About the role
Join Cloudbeds' Global Payroll & Benefits team to support benefits operations, data accuracy, and team member education. Use technology and AI to improve processes and support global teams.
What you’ll do
• Support benefits enrollments and status changes. • Reconcile payroll deductions and carrier invoices. • Provide benefits support and escalate complex cases. • Create benefits guides and deliver education sessions. • Test new tools and coordinate with vendors.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years in operations or related roles. • Strong Excel and analytical skills. • Experience with AI tools and automation. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
