About the role
Lead the global compensation strategy and design total rewards models that drive business growth and reward outcomes. Provide real-time pay insights to leaders and build a flexible pay architecture aligned with company goals.
What you’ll do
• Own global compensation strategy and programs. • Advise leaders on offers, promotions, and retention. • Partner with PE&A and Finance on data and budgets. • Prepare proposals and reports for executive leadership. • Train HR teams and grow compensation function.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in global compensation or total rewards. • Experience with job architecture and incentive plans. • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills. • Knowledge of Workday Compensation and people analytics. • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
