About the role
Lead the global Record-to-Report process ensuring accurate, timely financial close and governance across all entities. Manage policies, controls, and integration for acquired companies.
What you’ll do
• Own global Record-to-Report process and close calendar management. • Establish GL policies, procedures, and quality review routines. • Provide technical accounting expertise and monitor standards changes. • Lead monthly and annual close execution across teams. • Support acquisition integration and strengthen financial controls.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance required. • 8+ years in accounting, general ledger, or controllership. • Leadership experience in multi-entity or multi-country environment. • Strong technical accounting knowledge preferred. • Work authorization for USA required.
