About the role
Support implementation of global gender equality and inclusion policies. Embed inclusion and intersectionality across programmes and influence work globally.
What you’ll do
• Champion inclusion and intersectionality across programmes and policies. • Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams. • Develop tools and frameworks to measure inclusion progress. • Design and facilitate learning and capacity-building initiatives. • Build strategic partnerships with civil society and representative groups.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in inclusion, intersectionality, diversity and social justice. • Expertise in disability, LGBTQIA+ inclusion and gender-transformative approaches. • Knowledge of international child rights and gender equality frameworks. • Strong facilitation and capacity-building skills. • Work authorization for NG.
