About the role
Provide global IT support focusing on LATAM region and in-office support in Buenos Aires. Manage employee accounts, IT policies, and asset inventory.
What you’ll do
• Deliver IT support via ticketing system. • Offer in-office IT support 5 days a week. • Provide first-line troubleshooting by video or chat. • Manage onboarding and offboarding of accounts. • Audit IT policies and asset management.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years IT support experience. • Strong English communication skills. • Knowledge of ticketing systems and troubleshooting. • Experience with Mac, Windows, MDM, Google Workspace. • Work authorization for Argentina.
