About the role
Manage and evolve the PMS Customer Success operating model across multiple products and markets. Drive onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn prevention initiatives for PMS customers globally.
What you’ll do
• Own and evolve PMS Customer Success operating model. • Drive onboarding process revamp across PMS products. • Lead early-churn initiative and CRM automation. • Build KPIs, dashboards, and cohort views with BI. • Standardize local-team governance and ways of working.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in project or program management in multi-product/multi-market business. • Knowledge of SaaS, healthcare, or B2B operations. • Proficient with Customer Success topics and data analysis. • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot. • Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese a plus.
