About the role
Lead and evolve Axon's Global Security Operations Center to protect people, facilities, and business interests worldwide. Manage 24/7 operations, technology, processes, and team development.
What you’ll do
• Set multi-year GSOC roadmap and modernization priorities. • Lead 24/7 GSOC operations and incident management. • Optimize security technologies and integrate processes. • Serve as senior leader during security incidents and crises. • Build partnerships across security, legal, and external agencies.
What you’ll bring
• Experience managing 24/7 global security operations center. • Strong knowledge of incident and crisis management. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Ability to lead teams and develop future leaders. • Legal authorization to work in a firearms environment if required.
