About the role
Lead design and modeling of global sales incentive compensation programs to drive business outcomes. Advise senior leaders on incentive design decisions and ensure scalable, financially sound plans.
What you’ll do
• Design sales incentive compensation and bonus programs. • Advise senior leaders on strategy and design tradeoffs. • Lead financial and behavioral modeling of incentive designs. • Provide design direction to implementation teams. • Evaluate plan effectiveness and recommend improvements.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. • 10+ years in sales incentive compensation design. • Experience with large global incentive programs. • Expertise in incentive design principles and modeling. • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
