About the role
Provide local and remote IT support across New York City offices. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and assist end users.
What you’ll do
• Travel to assigned NYC office locations. • Resolve helpdesk tickets timely. • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and network issues. • Install and maintain computer hardware and peripherals. • Provide user training and support.
What you’ll bring
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience. • 3-5 years IT support experience. • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Customer service skills under pressure. • Work authorization for US.
