About the role
The GRN Officer is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming goods and preparing accurate Goods Receiving Notes. They ensure proper documentation and liaise with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
What you’ll do
• Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders. • Prepare and process Goods Receiving Notes accurately. • Inspect goods for quantity, quality, and damages. • Document and record goods in inventory system. • Report discrepancies and damaged goods to management.
What you’ll bring
• OND/HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field. • Experience in goods receiving or inventory management preferred. • Good numerical and record-keeping skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems. • Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment.
