About the role
The GRN Officer is responsible for receiving and verifying incoming goods and ensuring accurate documentation in the inventory system. They liaise with suppliers and departments to resolve discrepancies and monitor compliance with company procedures.
What you’ll do
• Receive and verify goods against purchase orders and invoices. • Document and record goods in inventory system. • Liaise with suppliers and departments to resolve discrepancies. • Monitor compliance with receiving procedures. • Report discrepancies and damaged goods to management.
What you’ll bring
• OND / HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Admin or related field. • Good numerical and record-keeping skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems. • High accuracy and attention to detail. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
