About the role
The CFO will protect liquidity, improve financial visibility, prepare financeable growth opportunities and strengthen accountability across the Group. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and Board.
What you’ll do
• Lead financial strategy, budgets and capital-allocation recommendations. • Manage rolling 13-week cash forecast and working capital. • Coordinate debt, equity and structured-finance preparation. • Deliver reliable entity-level and Group management reporting. • Build controls and strengthen finance team without weakening oversight.
What you’ll bring
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline. • Professional accounting qualification like ICAN or ACCA. • 10+ years progressive finance experience, 4+ years leading finance function. • Experience in financing transactions and senior management reporting. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
