About the role
Lead and strengthen HR operations across multiple business units. Oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and statutory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Oversee HR operations and recommend improvements. • Manage payroll, employee records, contracts, and documentation. • Ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions. • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various departments. • Implement performance management and training plans.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR or related field. • Minimum 7 years HR experience with 3 years in management. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and payroll. • Experience in retail, e-commerce, manufacturing or FMCG. • Proficiency in HR management systems; CIPM/CIPD a plus.
