About the role
Lead and strengthen HR operations across multiple business units. Oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and statutory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory contributions. • Implement performance management frameworks and KPI tracking. • Manage employee relations and disciplinary matters. • Lead end-to-end recruitment for various departments. • Prepare monthly HR reports and ensure compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or related industries. • Minimum 7 years HR experience with 3 years in management. • Bachelor's Degree or HND in HR or related field. • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and payroll management. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
