About the role
Lead the end-to-end R&D agenda for a category portfolio across all operating markets. Own the innovation pipeline from consumer briefs to commercial launch and serve as technical authority.
What you’ll do
• Define and own multi-year R&D plan aligned with brand and commercial priorities. • Lead new product development from concept to commercial launch. • Ensure products meet regulatory and food-safety standards. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Procurement, Operations. • Lead and develop the category R&D team across markets.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field; Master's preferred. • 8-10 years progressive R&D experience in FMCG. • Hands-on flavour development experience. • Experience leading technical teams and cross-functional projects. • Work authorization in Promasidor operating countries in Africa.
