• Drive paid search and social strategy and budget pacing. • Manage paid media agency to meet pipeline and CAC goals. • Run creative, audience, and bid experiments. • Manage AI SDR campaigns and improve playbooks. • Build AI agents and automated workflows for demand gen.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years in B2B demand gen or growth marketing. • Experience managing paid search, social, and ABM campaigns. • Proven agency and budget management skills. • Built and shipped at least one AI agent or workflow. • Strong analytical mindset and pipeline focus. • Work authorization for USA.
