About the role
Design and build AI agents to protect renewals and grow revenue from existing customers. Apply signal-based, agent-first approach within GTM engineering.
What you’ll do
• Build AI agents to monitor renewal health and flag at-risk accounts. • Design agentic cross-sell motion for personalized outreach. • Define signals and validate data with SQL. • Replace manual workflows with reusable AI pipeline modules. • Own reporting and run controlled experiments to tune motions.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in RevOps or GTM engineering with automation. • Hands-on with low-code orchestration and Python or TypeScript. • Fluency with agentic tools and LLM workflow design. • Working SQL skills to query and validate data. • CRM fluency, HubSpot a plus. • Work authorization for Canada.
