About the role
Manage core customer data accuracy and consistency across multiple systems. Own data governance standards and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality data for AI workflows.
What you’ll do
• Own MDM roadmap and operating model for key data domains. • Define golden record rules across CRM and billing systems. • Set data governance standards and manage lifecycle events. • Design and monitor data quality rules and dashboards. • Specify integration patterns and work with engineering teams.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in data management or governance. • Experience designing match, merge, and survivorship rules. • Knowledge of Salesforce data models and CRM data quality. • Experience building data governance frameworks and SLAs. • Ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
