About the role
Lead the GTM engineering team building marketing, sales, and customer success tools. Own team standards, infrastructure, and growth while staying hands-on.
What you’ll do
• Manage and develop GTM engineers across marketing, sales, platform work. • Set engineering practices: version control, review, documentation, ownership. • Build team infrastructure for work assignment and tracking. • Partner with GTM planners on roadmap and project sequencing. • Own relationships with technical vendors like Cargo.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, marketing or sales ops engineering. • 2+ years managing technical roles with team growth. • Hands-on builder with AI agents, workflow tools, APIs, Git. • Experience setting review, documentation, rollback practices. • Fluency in marketing, sales, and customer success funnels. • Strong written communication and documentation skills.
