About the role
Recruit GTM roles including Account Executives, BDRs, Customer Success, and Marketers. Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer and close.
What you’ll do
• Own full-cycle recruiting for 5-6 GTM roles simultaneously. • Source candidates proactively using AI tools and referrals. • Conduct Zoom screens assessing key role competencies. • Partner with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and run interviews. • Manage offers including OTE and commission conversations.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting GTM roles at B2B SaaS or startups. • Experience hiring 25+ GTM hires annually across levels. • Strong passive sourcing skills and AI tool usage. • Knowledge of sales roles, comp, and ability to sell roles. • Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing CRMs.
