About the role
Provide exceptional guest services including assisting with luggage and local area highlights. Ensure a safe workplace and uphold company standards and professionalism.
What you’ll do
• Process operational needs and guest requests. • Complete reports accurately. • Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles. • Transport luggage to/from guest rooms or bell area. • Maintain professional appearance and communication.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. • No related work experience required. • No supervisory experience required. • Must be Nigerian local. • Ability to move/lift up to 50 pounds alone, 100 with help.
