About the role
Provide telephonic clinical intake and triage support to clients on behavioral and mental health issues. Refer clients to appropriate resources and ensure positive client experiences.
What you’ll do
• Conduct clinical intakes and refer clients to resources. • Resolve issues using critical thinking and problem-solving. • Educate clients about resources and eligibility. • Maintain accurate case documentation. • Perform other assigned duties.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field. • Exceptional communication and customer service skills. • Experience in social service, clinical, healthcare or insurance. • Clinical assessment experience preferred. • High-speed internet and distraction-free workspace.
