About the role
The Quality Assurance Officer identifies quality problems in repaired terminals and prevents defective terminals from reaching business. They work closely with technicians and inventory teams to test and document defects.
What you’ll do
• Conduct thorough inspection of repaired terminals. • Ensure compliance with standards and technical requirements. • Perform visual and functional testing of terminals. • Maintain detailed records of inspections and test results. • Collaborate with technicians and engineers to resolve quality issues.
What you’ll bring
• OND/HND or Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics preferred. • Experience in terminal repair is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
