About the role
Lead legal services ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for the Consortium. Provide legal advice, manage contracts, and oversee regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Provide legal advice on corporate and healthcare matters. • Draft and review contracts and legal documents. • Manage statutory and regulatory compliance. • Coordinate hospital licensing and data protection compliance. • Organise legal training and policy development.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 5 years post-call legal experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B). • Called to Nigerian Bar with valid legal practice qualification. • Experience in healthcare and corporate law preferred. • Strong legal research and communication skills.
