About the role
Provide legal advice, manage compliance, oversee contracts, and support healthcare law adherence for the Consortium. Collaborate with management and departments to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
What you’ll do
• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, healthcare matters. • Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents. • Manage statutory filings and regulatory compliance. • Monitor healthcare and mental health law compliance. • Develop policies and conduct legal training.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B). • Called to Nigerian Bar with valid legal practice qualification. • Minimum 5 years post-call legal experience. • Experience in healthcare law, corporate law, compliance. • Strong legal research, drafting and communication skills.
